I am not sure of the color, can I get samples? 

Surely can, your satisfaction is our goal, we can ship you a samples for fraction of the cost, for as little as $ 1.99 per piece (certain sku), we will mail the sample to your desired address.  

How much should I ordered?

The standard industry recommends considering 10 % extra for breakage and cutting off.

How long is the shipping time?

Shipping transit time to lower 48 states, will occur within 3 – 12 days, our customer representative will notify you when the order has been shipped and give you the estimate lead time and tracking number. If you are concerned about timing please indicate your timing when placing the order, either via email to customerservice@vivagi.com or call us at 1-800-525-8073, Monday - Friday 9.00 AM to 6 PM PST, please use order number as reference.

What happens if my product is backordered?

Most of the time we have the inventory ready in stock, but in some cases if we are out of stock and your order is backordered, we will notify you and give you an estimate availability time, at this time you will have opportunity to cancel or modify the order.
