Shipping & Returns

All orders will ship within 48 business hour after payment is received and processed. Shipping transit time is varied; we use UPS ground transport and usually take 3 – 12 business days.

Shipping transit time to lower 48 states will occur within 3 – 12 days, our customer representative will notify you when the order has been shipped and give you the estimate lead time and tracking number. If you are concerned about timing please indicate your timing when placing the order, either via email to customerservice@vivagi.com or call us at 1-800-525-8073 please use order number as reference.

For Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico items are shipped via Air Freight with additional fee.

If you need special arrangement, please let us know, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Vivagi will not ship to PO Boxes and APO Boxes.

Vivagi is not responsible for delays as a result of nature disaster or any other cause affiliated with shipping carriers.


Damaged on transit

All shipments are insured, we use extra care when packaging the order, however sometimes product do get damaged during transit. When you receive a package that it’s broken please contact us within 3 business day calendar for claim purpose. Please do not refuse the delivery, please noted on the delivery confirmation that the goods are received in bad condition, please assess the damage and notify us right away. You will need to keep all original packaging, including cartons and contents, until the claim resolution process. It may be necessary to make the packaging available to the shipping company for inspection.

 Return Policy

We offer buy back guarantee to our entire customer, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days after delivery, we will promptly refund your money with no question ask. Please call or email us prior return the product.

All returns must be returned prepaid, and in original condition with the original packaging.

Please inspect all sheets of glass tile before installing as Vivagi will not accept return after tile has been installed or cut.

Any damaged item will be replaced or refunded at no extra cost.

Return Policy does not apply to samples. Samples are not refundable.

Slight color variation is normal due to the nature of glass tile process.
